Abstract:
Regis står for 'REgionaal Geohydrologisch Informatiesysteem', som er det nationale hydrogeologiske model for Nederlandene. Version II.1 er en udvidelse og revision af hydro-geologisk model version II.0 (Regis II). Regis er udviklet af TNO Nationale Geologiske Undersøgelser for Holland i samarbejde med Riza (nationalt vand kontor) og provinserne. Den hydrogeologiske model er en digital model af overfladen af den hollandske undergrund til en dybde på ca 500 meter. Modellen viser gennem ESRI net og shapefiles dybde, tykkelse og hydrauliske egenskaber af hydro-geologiske enheder samt placeringen af forkastninger. En hydrogeologiske enhed er en enhed baseret på tekstur, struktur og jordartstype med (mere eller mindre) ensartede hydrogeologiske egenskaber, der afgrænses af facies-lag, erosion kanter og forkastninger. Den hydrogeologiske model er baseret på den digitale geologiske model (DGM) og lithostratigrafisk Nomenclator version 1,0, som er tilgængelig via www.dinoloket.nl
