Geology of Britain viewer - The Geology of Britain viewer is a simple tool, aimed at the general public, which helps you explore the geology where you live. The Geology of Britain viewer includes borehole scans , earthquake timeline and 3D models.

BGS Information Hub: Borehole records - The BGS’s borehole record viewer offers free, direct, online access to the National Geoscience Data Centre’s (NGDC) collection of over a million onshore scanned boreholes, shafts and well records.

GeoIndex (onshore) - Search BGS datasets using GeoIndex, a map-based index of a wealth of information that we have collected or have obtained from other sources.
