Data Quality

The aquifer media map has been created in collaboration with the Catalan Water Agency (ACA). Based on the Hydrogeological Areas of Catalunya map at 1:250.000 (ICGC, 2016) an exhaustive analysis according to the structure, lithology, consolidation, and porosity of the aquifers has been done. After this assessment, the "A" index values have been assigned for each aquifer, according to DRASTIC ranges.
