Microbial DNA concentrations from DNA extraction using Qiagen PowerSoil Pro DNA Extraction kit and subsequent Polymerase Chain Reaction (PCR) from core samples collected and preserved for microbiology (SSK105556 and SSK105560) from UKGEOS Glasgow Observatory, borehole GGC01.
