3He and 129Xe were introduced into a CO2 stream that was in injected into the Salt Creek oil field, Wyoming. Samples of the injected CO2 and gas recovered from nearby boreholes were collected and returned for compositional and noble gas isotopic analysis.

Iso-content maps of Samarium (Sm), one of the chemical elements.obtained in the Geochemical Atlas of Spain Project, distributed in stream sediments (14,864 samples), superficial soils (0-20 cm.) (13,505 samples) and deeper soils (20-40 cm.) (7,682 samples). The results of the chemical analysis are shown in two types: total dissolution of the sample with 4 acids and partial dissolution with aqua regia. With the analytical results of all the sampled points, an isocontent map is made with adjustment to a squa...

This dataset is an overall sample list, as an Excel spreadsheet, providing details of the major sample suites collected during the SoS RARE project (2015-2017). It includes location details for samples collected in a range of localities worldwide. The samples are chiefly rocks and soils. Most material is still held by the institutions that did the work, as recorded in the sample list. The dataset also includes partial details of work that has been done on the samples. However time constraints have prevente...

Locations of samples collected to constrain the recent activity on normal faults across Nevada. The geological samples will be used to measure the amount of exhumation that different normal faults of the Basin and Range experienced over the last 5 million years. The samples have been collected from granitic rocks that are expected to yield apatite crystals. (Uranium-Thorium)/Helium thermochronometry will be conducted on these samples to determine the cooling history of rocks from temperatures of approximat...
