This British Geological Survey (BGS) marine geophysical survey took place in May to July 2000 in the Hatton and Rockall Banks aboard the RV Colonel Templer. This was a regional geophysical survey to gather high resolution seismic, gravity and magnetic data of the area. A collection of aerial photographs providing national coverage supplied to BGS by Royal Commission on the Ancient and Historical Monuments of Scotland (RCAHMS).
